Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• Drive add-on sales through effective product knowledge and promotions
• Manage the register functions efficiently
• Ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing
• Support the stockroom and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
• Work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledgeable about current fashion trends
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications

While not mandatory, previous sales or customer service experience is highly valued. A strong understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
