Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure positive connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards
• Absorb and assist in organizing the stockroom to keep the store clean and inviting

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Stay fashion-forward and knowledgeable about current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during shifts
• Able to pack and unpack shipments
• Able to arrange and move store fixtures
• Able to move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools
