Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met
• Absorb and organize store shipments, arrange fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service
• Fashion-conscious and up-to-date on current trends

Qualifications

Physical requirements include standing and walking throughout shifts, packing and unpacking shipments, arranging and moving store fixtures, and moving packages weighing up to 50 lbs. These tasks may require reaching for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
