Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, making customers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident
• Perform register functions, using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work flexible schedules, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor, ensuring visual standards are met
• Absorb and organize store shipments, arrange fixtures, and move packages up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Stay fashion-forward and knowledgeable about current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools
