Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each visit leaves the customer feeling valued and satisfied.
• Manage register functions, utilizing product knowledge to drive add-on sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing, meeting all store standards.
• Support the stockroom by organizing inventory and maintaining a clean, organized space.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support the business's needs.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and customer preferences.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, arranging store fixtures, and moving packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach high shelves and merchandise using various tools.
