Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and positive connections - Drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge - Manage the register efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions and add-on sales - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and organizing merchandise - Assist in various tasks such as stocking shelves, handling returns, and interacting with customers

Requirements

- Prior sales or customer service experience is beneficial - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment - Fashion-conscious and knowledgeable about current trends - Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, packing and unpacking shipments

Pay

Pay range: $16.50 - $18.13 per hour
