Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create positive connections
• Manage registers and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences
• Ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing
• Support the stockroom by organizing merchandise and maintaining cleanliness
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Fashion-focused with knowledge of current trends
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for those who need to pick up deliveries)
