Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive connections and loyalty among customers
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and assist in maintaining visual standards
• Absorb and apply current fashion trends to enhance customer interactions

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to creating an amazing customer experience
• Fashion-focused and up-to-date on current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts
• Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles
