Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create positive connections
• Perform register functions to drive add-on sales
• Manage the sales floor and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stockroom organization and store cleanliness

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fashion-conscious and knowledgeable about current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to reach high shelves and move merchandise
