Overview

As a Sales Associate at Tillys, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include creating an engaging and friendly customer environment, assisting with product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and enhance their shopping experience.
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate product information and answer questions about store policies and procedures.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the store.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and company initiatives.

Requirements
