Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, having a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find products they love.
• Help customers navigate the store and answer their questions about products and services.
• Ensure all customers are treated with respect and satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• A passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
