Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include creating an engaging customer experience, interacting with customers, and selling products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction
• Sell products to customers, promoting the Tillys brand and lifestyle
• Help customers find items they are interested in and assist with any questions they may have
• Ensure store cleanliness and organization
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to gather feedback and improve service
