Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, having a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and make them feel welcome.
• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Ensure all customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure they are happy with their purchase.

Pay

Hourly Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.50. Placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.

Schedule

Part-time schedule available.
