Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, having a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find products they love.
• Help customers navigate the store and answer questions about products and services.
• Ensure all customers feel valued and appreciated throughout their visit.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share ideas for improving the customer experience.

Qualifications
