Sales Associate

The Sales Associate at Target Optical is responsible for creating an outstanding optical experience for guests by connecting with them and building lasting relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Drive Sales & Build Relationships
• Help new and returning customers find products that meet their needs
• Become a Vision Expert by offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions
• Enhance skills through hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals
• Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products

Pay Range: $17.60 - $24.62 per hour
