Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships by connecting with customers and exceeding sales targets
• Help new and returning customers find products that meet their needs
• Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences
• Enhance skills with hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to provide top-tier service
• Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues

Requirements

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and engage customers to drive sales
• Comfort using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions
• Keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look
• Self-motivated and adaptable, able to stay driven and resilient in fast-paced environments

Pay

Pay range: $15.92 – $20.68 per hour. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
