Sales Associate
About the role
The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Management Team by generating sales
- Sign waving
- General housekeeping
- Merchandising
- Signing
- Pricing
- POS operations
- Loss prevention
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 16 years old
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to set up fixtures
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
Pay
Hourly rate starting at $16.90 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Note: This is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
