- Conducting studio tours and communicating workout benefits
- Following up with prospects via calls, texts, and emails to convert leads
- Building relationships to enhance retention and referrals
- Assisting with daily operations like check-in, class scheduling, and retail sales
- Maintaining accurate member records in the CRM system
- Supporting studio events, promotions, and community outreach
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby
