Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Learn and demonstrate premium sewing machines, vacuums, and related products
• Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Assist customers with product questions, accessories, repairs, and project guidance
• Work closely with your teammates to achieve store goals

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail sales or customer service experience
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Comfortable working Saturdays

No sewing or vacuum experience? That's okay. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing coaching to help you become an expert.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Five days per week
• Approximately 9:45 AM–6:15 PM
• Closed every Sunday
