About the role

The Sales Associate position at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace (on-site) is part of the Psycho Bunny team, a brand known for its premium quality, vibrant style, and distinctive logo. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience, managing store assets, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, handle merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders.
• Implement loss prevention measures and report any violations to supervisors.
• Build and nurture customer relationships through clienteling and sales techniques.
• Engage customers, convert them into buyers, and capture contact information for future outreach.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• A natural inclination towards competition and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills and the capability to lead a customer-focused selling culture.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with all Psycho Bunny team members.
