About the role

The Sales Associate at Psycho Bunny is responsible for ensuring a consistently high customer experience within the store, utilizing the brand's core values and service standards. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, natural competitiveness, an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, perform merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders
• Implement loss prevention procedures and report violations to supervisors
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and sales
• Engage customers, convert them into buyers, and capture their contact information
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
• Natural competitiveness and outgoing personality
