Sales Associate

About the role

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area

Qualifications & Skills

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance
• Evening and weekend availability
• Experience is preferred, but comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided

Pay & Schedule

Hourly pay plus commission based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly. While in sales training, the potential to earn commission when shadowing other sales associates.

Candidates must be available and prepared to work at least 3 to 5 shifts per week, for 5 hours per shift. Some flexibility is offered with the ability to advocate for preferred shifts.

Operating hours and shifts:

• Monday through Friday, 7 am to 9 pm: Shifts from 6:30 am–11:30 am, 11 am–4:30 pm, 4 pm–9:15 pm
• Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm: Shifts from 7:30 am–12:30 pm, 12 pm–4 pm, 3:30 pm–8:15 pm
