Key Responsibilities

• Steer customer interactions to guarantee satisfaction
• Efficiently manage transactions, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Master knowledge of our brand, products, and services and educate guests thereof
• Maintain professional communication
• Target and achieve sales goals
• Elevate our brand, spearheading the promotion of treatments, services, and products
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area
• Participate in training and staff meetings
• Support overall operations as directed by management
• Comply with strict sanitation protocols

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience
