The sales associate/ welder role is an exciting opportunity to provide world-class service while offering a rapidly growing experience through permanent jewelry and delighting our Washington customer.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience
• Achie individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
• Deliver in-store services with confidence (eg: welding, engraving and monogramming), training provided
• Supporting the Team
• Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
• Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
• Delivering Efficiency
• Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
