Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee project entry, track sample requests, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Central Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for project information, facilitating clear and effective communication among all departments involved in client development.
- Regulatory Coordination: Manage and follow up on main regulatory topics with clients to ensure compliance and smooth project progression.
- Relationship Management: Develop and refine service and relationship management skills, including presentation and negotiation techniques.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and proactive follow-up to ensure client requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
- Client Liaison: Act as a key contact for clients, maintaining self-sufficient, multi-channel communication and proactive outreach in close collaboration with the Account Manager (ACM).
- Sales Skill Development: Shadow and train with experienced sales professionals to build your sales capabilities and gain exposure to strategic account leadership.
- Sales Forecasting & Planning: Enhance your understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning while building relationships with Business Intelligence, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Strategic Support: Assist the ACM in building and executing territory strategies, account action plans, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Prepare for and attend client meetings, distribute call reports, and initiate follow-up actions with relevant departments.
- Market & Client Insight: Gain insights into internal client and market strategies, as well as priorities for securing new business.
- Tech & Ideation Growth: Expand your technical knowledge and creative skills through active participation in project management and team meetings.
- Sales Communication: Maximize communication efforts internally and externally to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and thoroughly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with sales administration and related functions as needed.
- Global Mindset & Team Spirit: Demonstrate a collaborative approach and a global perspective in all interactions.
- Environmental Commitment: Actively participate in relevant environmental education and training. Support the implementation of corporate and local environmental policies, procedures, and practices, promoting continual improvement in line with MANE’s environmental goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related studies
- 4+ years' experience in sales support role for flavor/fragrance or related industry
- Microsoft Office Suite experience a plus

Pay
The anticipated annual salary for this position is $80,000 to $105,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations.
