About the role
We are seeking a Sales Associate to support a growing, high-performing sales team within a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role blends client-facing interaction with hands-on coordination, offering exposure across the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry through execution. You will partner closely with senior sales professionals on complex engagements while independently managing smaller opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior sales professionals on complex engagements
- Independently manage smaller opportunities
- Provide support in client strategy, pricing, and project execution
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Work with pricing, numbers, and basic financial concepts
- Use CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Use Microsoft Office and standard business tools
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing mindset
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
