Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation on diamond, gemstone, and precious metal pieces.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through exceptional follow-up and service.
- Aid with inventory management, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain client confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales or high-end service experience (jewelry preferred).
- Impeccable communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Availability for weekends and holidays is required.
