About the role
Our part-time Sales Associates play a crucial role in creating an engaging and energetic shopping experience for our customers. You'll be at the heart of Five Below's dynamic atmosphere, where you'll interact with customers, manage merchandise, and contribute to achieving our sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly
- Understand and meet customer needs
- Promote store events and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns
- Communicate needs to management
- Support team and company goals
Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Flexible schedule available
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology
- Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
- Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
- Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
- Essential Job Functions: frequent cash register operation, moving merchandise, ascending/descending ladders, kneeling, bending, twisting, stooping, communicating with customers, exchanging accurate information, moving across the sales floor, and working flexible hours

Pay
$11.00 per hour
Schedule
Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may include day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required)
