Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new AI algorithms
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI research and development
• Strong proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends

Skills

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)

$100,000 - $120,000 annually
