Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in AI development and project management
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Passionate about using AI to solve complex problems
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks
• Experience with data preprocessing and model evaluation techniques
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Good knowledge of software engineering practices and version control systems
