Sales Associate

About the role

We’re seeking a passionate, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a frontline ambassador of the Cleobella brand, you’ll deliver exceptional service, inspire customers with our product story, and help cultivate a welcoming and elevated in-store experience that reflects our values.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly, authentic approach.
• Understand and communicate Cleobella’s brand story, ethical values, and product details to customers.
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance sales and satisfaction.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges using POS systems.
• Maintain store presentation standards — including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and inventory replenishment.
• Assist with inventory management tasks: receiving, organizing, and tagging merchandise.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash-handling and store readiness.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and brand initiatives as directed.
• Uphold Cleobella’s commitment to sustainability, conscious retailing, and positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred (fashion retail a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sustainable fashion, ethical craftsmanship, and conscious consumerism.
• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
