About the role
CB2 Sales Associates are integral to the customer experience, embodying enthusiasm and expertise in everything sold.
Responsibilities
- Support and meet store sales and service goals as directed by the Leadership Team
- Engage actively with customers, focusing on building long-term relationships
- Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising, and teamwork
- Promote current promotions, brand initiatives, and events to customers
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products on the sales floor and assist customers with selections
- Ensure appropriate stocking and availability of products for customers
- Participate in loss prevention, security, and safety measures as guided by management
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient, respectful, and effective work environment
- Assist with customer orders and returns
Requirements
Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and retail experience.
