About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of our dealership. You will guide customers through our unique, in-house financing process, helping them find the right vehicle for their needs while maintaining the high standard of service our brand is known for. You will manage the entire sales process, from greeting customers and test-driving vehicles to explaining financing terms and finalizing sales.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, professional, and helpful welcome to every customer. Actively listen to understand their needs, financial goals, and vehicle preferences.
- Inventory Expertise: Maintain knowledge of our current pre-owned inventory to effectively match customers with the right vehicle.
- The Sales Process: Conduct professional walk-arounds and test drives, highlighting vehicle features and explaining our "Buy Here Pay Here" financing process clearly and transparently.
- Customer Advocacy: Guide customers through the documentation process, ensuring they fully understand their financing agreement, warranty options, and responsibilities as a vehicle owner.
- Relationship Management: Foster trust-based relationships with customers to build long-term loyalty and generate referrals.
- Administrative Diligence: Accurately complete sales paperwork.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Contribute to our dealership's reputation by consistently delivering a high-quality experience, adhering to our sales standards, and actively asking for customer reviews.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales (preferred but not required), retail, or a customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A professional, positive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Integrity and a commitment to honest, transparent business practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our specific in-house financing systems and processes.
