Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Flexible schedule available
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Essential Job Functions: frequent cash register operation, moving merchandise, ascending/descending ladders, kneeling, bending, twisting, stooping, communicating with customers, exchanging accurate information, moving across the sales floor, assisting customers, and retrieving/pushing/pulling merchandise

Essential Job Functions

• Frequent cash register operation
• Moving merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and placing/removing merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
• Frequent ascending/descending ladders to retrieve and put away stock
• Frequent positioning to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor
• Frequent communication and exchange of information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face in the store, as well as with managers and coworkers
• Frequent movement across the sales floor assisting customers, as well as to and from the stock room retrieving and putting away merchandise
