What We're Looking For

• A passion for customer service and creating a great customer experience
• Strong listening skills and a naturally consultative approach
• Experience connecting with customers, whether through retail, hospitality, service, or sales
• Confidence in guiding decisions, including closing sales, navigating conversations, and overcoming objections in a helpful, respectful way
• Interest or experience in building relationships that drive repeat business (client relationship management)
• Comfort working toward goals, including sales quotas, KPIs, or other performance metrics
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools

Qualifications

Sales experience is great—but not required. We also value experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, teaching, or other people-focused roles.
