About the role

As a Sales Consultant with Raymour & Flanigan, you'll be a special part of our customers' lives by helping them find the perfect furniture for their homes. You'll listen to their needs and help them transform their houses into homes.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and scheduling appointments with individual clients and business-to-business sales
• Working a flexible retail schedule
• Building your business by showcasing Raymour & Flanigan's quality products
• Earn a strong commission, spiffs, incentives, and a $5,000 performance sign-on bonus
• Adapting to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices and maintaining a neat and safe work environment
• Using proficient computer skills and learning a proprietary POS program
• Achieving professional goals through a proven track record
