Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly
• Understand and meet customer needs
• Promote store events and promotions
• Resolve customer concerns
• Communicate needs to management
• Support team and company goals

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices)
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Essential Job Functions: Frequently operate cash register, frequently move merchandise, frequently ascend/descend ladders, frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, frequently communicate and exchange information with customers, frequently move across the sales floor, frequently remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time

Pay

$11.00 per hour

Schedule

Mixed schedule with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, including travel (as required)

Skills

Excellent people and sales skills, attention to detail, ability to organize merchandise, ensure the floor is well-stocked, provide seamless checkout experiences, and communicate effectively with customers
