Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
- Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
- Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
- Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
- Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
- Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
Qualifications
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Qualities we'd love in a candidate
- Can lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Can stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder.
- Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
