Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new AI algorithms to enhance product capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and achieve project goals.
• Contribute to the design and evaluation of AI models, ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and integrate these insights into ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI research and development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent programming languages.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful AI projects and publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
• Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI and experience in incorporating these into projects.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Experience with natural language processing and computer vision.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
