Main Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers
- Preparing customers’ orders timely and accurately
- Knowledge of menu and providing detailed information
- Knowledge of methods of coffee preparation
- Maintaining stock levels and supplies
- Maintaining safe, clean and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
- Ensuring HACCP policies, procedures and codes of practice are implemented
- Attending job specific trainings
- Attending team communication meetings
