As NFM’s Sales Assistant, you’ll be the go-to partner for both internal and external customers, delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful relationships. Acting as the central point of contact for NFM’s sales teams, you’ll streamline communication and empower collaboration across departments, making you an indispensable part of our success story.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 3 years of sales or customer service in a retail or contractor environment
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
• Able to enter data quickly and accurately
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Must be detail-oriented, taking time to read/follow details of builders/contractors
