About the role

The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales team in an expanding automotive dealership. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with vehicle inquiries, coordinating test drives, and maintaining showroom displays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle inquiries and provide detailed information about available models.
• Coordinate test drive appointments and ensure smooth transitions between sales staff and customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure vehicles are presented attractively.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
