Sales Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

• Aid in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials.
• Conduct research on market trends, industries, and potential clients.
• Help manage and update customer information using CRM systems.
• Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution across digital and traditional platforms.
• Analyze client needs and contribute ideas for marketing solutions.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the sales team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in sales, media, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Pay

Compensation Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
