About the role

ProSource Wholesale is seeking a Sales Assistant (Customer Service) for its Cincinnati showroom. The role focuses on greeting visitors, supporting account managers, showcasing ProSource offerings, scheduling showroom tours, updating displays, and maintaining a top‑notch customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and sign in showroom visitors, ensuring every guest feels valued.
• Support Account Managers by facilitating the sales process, managing payments, updating order statuses, and answering inquiries.
• Explain the benefits of ProSource to prospective clients (trade professionals and homeowners) and invite them to explore the showroom.
• Schedule appointments for showroom tours with potential new members.
• Update product displays and pricing to keep the showroom floor fresh and inviting.
• Work with the sales manager to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience and maintain the showroom in pristine condition.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Interest or background in Interior Design is a plus.
• Ability to understand and communicate numerical data, including discounts and commissions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology literacy (mobile devices, internet searches).

Pay
