Sales Assistant/ Cashier

About the role

We're looking for a friendly, confident communicator to join our Sales team. Do you have a sales-driven attitude and are committed to delivering excellence? Then this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Input orders into the system for collection and delivery
• Identify sales opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
• Generate sales through contact with prospective customers
• Respond efficiently to queries with appropriate information on products and services
• Interact with customers and process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Strong customer service experience, ideally within a telesales environment
• Great telephone manners and email writing skills
• Ability to engage with customers on the phone in a friendly and professional way
• Strong computer skills and experience working with Dynamics AX
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• A good standard of spoken English
• Great communication and people skills
• A friendly, positive, problem-solving nature
• Confidence to handle cash in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and experience of working in a frontline job
• Computer literacy (including Microsoft Word and Excel)
