About the role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Bologna (Ugo Bassi 15). Your goal will be to promote the brand image and maintain the highest standard of customer service, driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, smile, and approach customers with a friendly attitude and service-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer service over all other tasks.
• Possess strong product knowledge to provide accurate and optimal advice to customers.
• Serve multiple customers simultaneously while delivering excellent service to all.
• Understand sales targets and strive to meet and exceed them, both individually and as a team.
• Maintain an optimal store image that is always attractive to customers.
• Assist in maintaining store standards, organization, stock control, and replenishment.

Requirements

• Motivated, lively, and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for representing the brand through exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in fashion retail is desirable.
