SALES ASSISTANT (16 hours - Heerlen SC)

About the role

Your aim will be to promote the brand’s image and maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times, to sell and gain the loyalty of our customers. You will also be involved in keeping the store tidy and organized as well as checking and replenishing stock.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, smile, and approach customers displaying a cordial attitude and a willingness to serve, prioritizing customer service above all other tasks
• Possess good product knowledge to advise customers in an optimal and precise manner
• Serve multiple customers simultaneously and offer excellent service to all of them
• Be familiar with sales targets and aim to achieve and exceed them, individually and as a team
• Provide support by maintaining an optimal store image that is attractive to customers at all times

Requirements

• Schedule flexibility required (16 hours per week)
• Ideally with previous experience in fashion retail
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-motivated team player who is a vibrant, outgoing person and can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and enthusiasm to represent the brand through the delivery of excellent customer service in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.
