About the role
Under the direction of senior management, manages in-store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods in a selling area(s) to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory goals. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manages financial and operational duties within a selling area.
- Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervises, trains, develops, hires and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two years of retail experience in retail store operations within the last five years is required.
- Or successful completion of Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs.
- Work Schedule: Onsite (Tinker Main Store, OK).
- PCS Not Authorized / LSP Not Authorized.
Schedule
Extended duty hours / varying work schedules. Shift work: 24/7, 365 days/year.
Pay
Salary minimum: $45,142.00 per year.
