Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to gather information needed to assist Scent Consultants in closing sales
- Serve as the first point of contact for client pre-sale
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer information is accurate based on their product needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and build a strong brand reputation with potential clients
- Preform other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong scheduling and appointment-setting experience
- Experience in a luxury brand atmosphere is highly preferred
- Calendar management
- Outbound high call volume
- Customer service experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Outgoing and professional phone presence
- Strong organizational skills while multitasking
- Able to work with a strong sense of urgency
- Demonstrated record of taking initiative
Pay
$16-$18/hr plus potential to make an extra $200++ per month in bonuses/commissions!
