Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to qualify potential customers and confirm appointments with homeowners.
- Use a proven script to keep conversations moving and overcome objections.
- Consistently hit clear and achievable monthly metrics and earn your bonuses!
- Stay sharp on the phone and take clear notes.
- Work within a team and attend regular training and meetings centered around skill coaching and career development.
Qualifications
- Clear and direct communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team.
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus).
- Experience with Google Sheets/Excel (a plus).
