Responsibilities

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to qualify potential customers and confirm appointments with homeowners.
  • Use a proven script to keep conversations moving and overcome objections.
  • Consistently hit clear and achievable monthly metrics and earn your bonuses!
  • Stay sharp on the phone and take clear notes.
  • Work within a team and attend regular training and meetings centered around skill coaching and career development.

Qualifications

  • Clear and direct communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (a plus).
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel (a plus).
